The holiday apartment 'I due ulivi' is located in Modica and overlooks the hills of Modica. This 90 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a courtyard, an open terrace, and a barbecue. Enjoy the relaxing views of the hills of Modica while preparing a healthy meal for your loved ones! Horseback riding is possible upon request and for a fee. A touristic train runs through the historic town (extra fees apply). The homeowner, in addition to the historic center, recommends the following visits: Marina di Modica (22km), Pozzallo (23km), Ragusa (25km), Ibla (14km), and Noto (45km). Within 3km of the apartment, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a market, a bar, a tobacconist, a pizzeria, and a butcher. Up to 3 cars can be parked safely inside the house (very important for Modica since the historical center doesn't have free parking spaces). The property has a step-free interior.
